So now we come to the year 2010 and guess what it seems he may not have been using science for his findings. I don't know why someone would fake result like this. Now more children are at risk and there re still people out there that believe in those origina unconfirmed findings. But then again I guess people believe in a lot of stupid things and it could be said it is ignorance that is responsible for the deaths of so many people.

Wakefield draws more fire for bogus autism/vaccine study | Autism Blogger
Wakefield draws more fire for bogus autism/vaccine study | Autism Blogger - Here's a little blurb about a story I've been hearing about in different stages for the last 13 years. There was a doctor that said vacines were linked to autism. Well the great thing about science is that you have to be able to reproduce the results. Guess what, they weren't able to reproduce. And now there are many parents in this world that refuse to get vaccines because of what is now an urban myth.
2046 Design - Some of the best posters I've seen in a long time.
Oh and for those not in the know, the picture posted is for the Manga(and Anime) epic Akira.
You can pick up a print of his here
This is the art of photoshop.
www.peterlangenhahn.com – This guy is kind of insane, his final output can take six hours to save. But what is he doing? He is compositing images of an event into one frame, it reminds me of the wheres Waldo of yesterday but now it's done with real photos and are just really epic. He scenic shots are also remarkable but it seem most of his photos are in Norge and so he is guaranteed a much better subject for photography than Kansas.
Those are some scary info graphics
Stuxnet: Anatomy of a Computer Virus from Patrick Clair on Vimeo.
So there are info graphics and then there are motin graphics and then sometimes they come together. In this case in a very scary way. The video is about stuxnet, and if you don't know what it is here is a brief explanation. Stuxnet is a very advanced computer virus designed to disable the Iranian Nuclear program. No body knows who made it but all that may be old news and you'll understand why after you watch the video.
Dear Photograph
Dear Photograph – I've seen many photos retaken but this is a great site to see photos juxtaposed against the place now. Not much to say beyond check it out.

Meet the Gömböc, one of the strangest shapes in the world - io9
Meet the Gömböc, one of the strangest shapes in the world - io9 So this is a shape that was a theory but now is real and I enjoy it. The shape has only one stable position so no matter how you lay it on a flat surface it will always right it's self.

Is It Safe to Cut Off the Mold and Use the Rest? | Is It Safe to Eat Moldy Bread? | Is Moldy Cheese Safe to Eat? | Life's Little Mysteries
Is It Safe to Cut Off the Mold and Use the Rest? | Is It Safe to Eat Moldy Bread? | Is Moldy Cheese Safe to Eat? | Life's Little Mysteries – Will I keep pealing that part off the bread? Yes. So why am I not concerned? it's a small spot and it took mold to make the bread. I wasn't concerned when they said you can find bacteria on salads either since we ourselves are covered in them so it's reasonable to expect something low lying to the ground to have some soon. I've always washed by food so I'm cool.
If it the me from lets say 14 years ago I'm sure I would have some words with my dad and I still plan on sending him the article just to freak him out a little. Sad news today I leave Two Rivers and the Hamilton Type Museum, I wish I had more time to do more work but it's been 5 days working and 7 away from home so I think I'm done living in a motel. They offer workshops all the time so you should check it out, or even their website and pick up some prints to support the museum. I'll write about it more later when I get back in town and upload the rest of my pictures to flickr.
